Miguel Fernandez is a percussionist and drummer based in Montpellier, Paris and Spain.
He started playing Afro-Cuban percussion with Pedrito Diaz in Barcelona in 1977.
In 1981, he discovered the djembe with Mare Sanogo, Mamady Keita and Papa Kouyate percussionist of Myriam Makeba in Paris.
